Participation in the Int:net Summer School on Governance in Energy Interoperability

As part of the INTER-OPEN project, we’re proud to highlight the participation of our doctoral candidates, Donia Ayari and Mohammadtaher Azampour who participated in the “Int:net Summer School on Governance in Energy Interoperability” in Vienna taking place at the Austrian Institute of Technology from 23. to 27 June 2025 .

The week-long program brought together participants from academia, industry, and research institutions to explore key themes such as governance, interoperability, data exchange, and the EU regulatory framework for cross-sectoral energy integration. In addition to the summer school, Donia Ayari and Mohammadtaher Azampour engaged in the 3rd Cross-Sector Symposium on Interoperability, contributing to valuable discussions with domain experts on building interoperable solutions across sectors.

The event was held in collaboration with the IHE Connectathon 2025, organized by Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE), a global initiative for advancing healthcare interoperability, demonstrating how interoperability bridges energy, healthcare, and beyond.
